Built on a stamped, riveted AKM-style receiver/trunnion construction, this Draco uses a gas-operated, piston-driven action in 7.62x39. The receiver is stamped sheetmetal with a black finish, matching the black receiver color/finish listed for the pistol.
The barrel is stated as 12.25" with a threaded muzzle and a muzzle nut. Overall length is stated as 21.50", and weight is stated as 5.5 lb, keeping the package compact while maintaining the familiar AKM layout and controls.
Furniture is a mix of classic and practical: wood upper and lower handguards (with elongated ventilation cutouts on the lower handguard) paired with a polymer pistol grip with checkered texture panels. Sighting is AK-pattern, with a hooded front sight block and adjustable front post, plus a tangent/leaf rear sight with range graduations.
This example includes a polymer 30-round magazine and is marked on the receiver with serial format "ROA 22 DG-" prefix. Import and origin markings clearly identify it as a Romania-produced Draco brought in by Century (CAI).
