Built around a stamped and welded steel receiver, this PTR-91 uses a roller-delayed blowback, semi-automatic action and feeds from HK G3/HK91-pattern detachable box magazines. Capacity is listed as 20+1.
The rifle is fitted with iron sights consisting of a G3-style protected front post and an adjustable rotary diopter rear sight with the drum marked "2." The selector is marked "S" and "F" with a red indicator mark.
Furniture includes a fixed polymer stock and polymer pistol grip, along with a ventilated M-LOK-style aluminum handguard marked "PTR." A short Picatinny rail section is present on the underside of the handguard, and a Picatinny rail is mounted on top of the receiver.
This example has a stated length of pull of 14.75 and an 18" barrel. A muzzle device is present with multiple longitudinal ports and slots.
