The slide is blued and features an anti-glare rib with a serrated top. The left side of the slide carries the factory legend and markings, including the Walther banner, "Waffenfabrik Walther, Zella-Mehlis (Thur.)", "Walther's Patent Cal. 7,65 m/m", and "Mod. PPK".
The pistol is fitted with a checkered molded synthetic wraparound grip featuring the Walther banner. A lanyard ring is present, and the slide-mounted safety/decocker includes a visible red dot fire indicator.
