It is chambered in .30-06 and features a 23-inch barrel, a 10+1 capacity, and iron sights with a receiver-mounted rear aperture sight scale marked 1–10. Multiple metal components show the visible serial number 5643, and the rifle has a wood stock and wood upper handguard.

The rifle is equipped with iron sights, including a protected front post/blade with protective wings and a receiver-mounted rear aperture sight with an elevation slide/ramp. The rear sight scale is marked 1–10, matching the markings noted on the rifle.
Furniture is wood, with a wood upper handguard and a steel buttplate. The buttplate includes a hinged trapdoor storage compartment, and the stock shows a visible marking that appears as "8587."
