It features a satin/matte silver finish on an aluminum frame and slide, a stainless steel barrel, and checkered reddish wood grip panels with a Kimber logo inlay/medallion-style marking. This example includes four Kimber magazines, giving you a useful mix of extended base-pad and flush-base options.

The Micro 9 Stainless uses a single-action-only trigger system with an external hammer and a manual thumb safety. The magazine release is a push-button style with a checkered surface, and the slide features angled/raked rear serrations for purchase during manipulations.
Sight setup is a fixed notch-and-post arrangement in machined dovetails, with drift-adjustable dovetail front and rear sights. Both sights are black/dark, giving a clear contrast against the satin/matte silver slide.
