The 24V Series D is an over/under combination gun with the .223 Remington rifle barrel positioned over the 20 gauge shotgun barrel. Its paired 24 in steel barrels are joined with a forward barrel band, and the 20 gauge chamber accepts both 2.75 in and 3 in shells. Capacity is two rounds, one per barrel, with an extractor for case removal.
Operation is via a break-action with a top-lever release on the tang and an external, single-action hammer with a knurled spur for positive control. A single trigger simplifies shooting, while a cross-bolt safety and hammer block add practical safety features.
Sighting is handled by iron sights with a ramped front and an open rear, giving a clear, durable aiming setup for both barrels. The blued finish on the barrels pairs with a blued/black receiver for a classic look appropriate to the platform.
