It features a monolithic aluminum upper with a continuous T-marked top rail, folding iron sights, and a right-side folding, telescoping stock with an adjustable cheek riser. Belgian-marked and finished in two-tone FDE, it delivers a proven 7.62 platform with practical, user-focused controls.

The RCH configuration provides a reciprocating charging handle that is reversible for left or right installation and is currently set up on the right. Controls are thoughtfully designed, with ambidextrous safety and magazine release, and right-side ejection for consistent operation.
The 16.25 inch steel barrel has a threaded muzzle with a removable multi-port brake, pairing 7.62 NATO performance with effective recoil and muzzle rise mitigation. The short-stroke gas piston operating system offers clean cycling and dependable function across conditions.
A monolithic aluminum upper receiver provides a continuous T-marked Picatinny top rail for alignment of accessories, plus accessory rails at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. Folding iron sights include a front sight on the gas block and a folding rear, ready for precise mechanical sighting.
The right-side folding, telescoping stock includes an adjustable cheek riser and rubber buttpad. Length of pull is adjustable from 11.75 to 14.25 inches, allowing the rifle to adapt to different users and setups. The lower receiver and furniture are polymer, and the rifle wears a durable two-tone FDE finish with an FDE/tan stock and grip.
Receiver markings include SCAR 17S cal. 7.62x51 and FN HERSTAL BELGIUM, with FN oval logo on the lower and FNH USA - Columbia SC. Stated maximum capacity is 20+1, and this rifle comes with one 20-round magazine to get you started with the platform.
