This is a striker-fired Glock G43X in the Slimline series, configured as a Non-MOS model with no optic cut. It is marked "9x19" for caliber and "43X" for the model, and it shows Austria manufacture and import markings including "AUSTRIA", "MADE IN AUSTRIA", and "GLOCK INC. SMYRNA GA".
The slide is finished in an earth-tone/tan color and features both front and rear cocking serrations. The frame is polymer in a matching earth-tone/tan color, and no frame-mounted accessory rail is visible.
