The Staccato P is a single-action, 1911-platform 9mm built on a steel frame with an external extractor. It uses an aggressive-textured polymer 2011 grip module with star-logo panels and an integral flared magazine well for fast reloads. Ambidextrous thumb safety and a grip safety provide familiar 1911-style control, paired with a skeletonized trigger and a skeletonized commander-style hammer.
Its 5 in bull barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and extends slightly beyond the slide, capped with a knurled thread protector. The barrel hood is marked "9x19." This configuration supports suppressor-ready muzzle devices compatible with the listed thread pattern.
Iron sights include a dovetailed green fiber-optic front blade and a black square-notch rear, offering a bright front reference and a clean rear sight picture. The dustcover features a Picatinny light rail with three cross-slots for common weaponlights.
Factory markings are prominent: "STACCATO P" with star emblem on the slide, "20★11" on the left side, and "STACCATO — GEORGETOWN, TX USA" on the underside of the dustcover. A factory U.S. flag micro-engraving is located on the frame above the trigger. The pistol is made in the USA and comes with 2011-pattern Gen 3 steel magazines in 20- and 26-round capacities.
