This New Model Blackhawk Convertible includes both a 9mm cylinder and a .357 Magnum cylinder, allowing the revolver to be configured for either caliber. Both cylinders are fluted, and the revolver uses a 6-shot cylinder design.
The revolver is fitted with iron sights, using a ramp front sight and an adjustable square-notch rear sight. It also features Ruger’s transfer-bar safety and an externally exposed hammer.
Construction details include a steel frame and smooth reddish-brown wood grip panels with Ruger-style medallions. The barrel is 6.5 inches, and the ejector rod and ejector rod housing are present.
