The Kuna’s roller-delayed blowback system delivers smooth operation in a compact 9mm package. A reversible, non-reciprocating charging handle mounted forward on the left side supports flexible manipulation, and the ambidextrous manual safety and ambidextrous magazine release with dual levers at the front of the trigger guard make the controls accessible regardless of shooting hand.
Construction centers on a monolithic 7075-T6 aluminum upper with a Type III hardcoat anodized black finish, paired to an injection-molded, glass-filled polymer lower. An integral aluminum M-LOK handguard and a full-length numbered Picatinny top rail provide broad mounting real estate, while the rear Picatinny endplate offers an interface for brace or stock attachments (no brace installed).
The 6.125 in cold hammer forged barrel features a Melonite finish, 1/2x28 threads, a 1:10 twist, and a factory multi-port muzzle brake. Adjustable hybrid flip-up metal sights on the top rail offer two sighting geometries, providing ready-to-use iron sights out of the box.
Ergonomics include a flat-face trigger and an AR-pattern grip with Adaptive Grip Texture. Dedicated 30-round magazines with metal feed lips support the Kuna’s 30+1 capacity.
