It is marked “USA” on the slide and “MADE IN USA” on the frame, with additional frame markings including “GLOCK, INC. SMYRNA, GA” and “U.S. Pat. 8,166,877.” This example includes the Glock factory hard case with a matching case label, along with the original manual/paperwork, cable-style lock, and two Glock factory .22 LR magazines.

Configured as a Gen5-series compact pistol, this G44 features a polymer frame in black with a textured grip and no finger grooves on the front strap. It also includes a single-slot accessory rail forward of the trigger guard.
The slide is finished in black and has front and rear slide serrations with a right-side ejection port. An ambidextrous slide stop lever is present, and the magazine release is a left-side push-button.
Sight setup is iron sights with a white dot front sight and a white outline (U-outline) rear sight. The pistol uses the GLOCK Safe Action system and is listed with a 5.5 trigger weight.
The included documentation on the case label lists the configuration as G44 with “ADJ 5.5LB” and “2 10RD,” along with part number UA4450101. The observed serial on the pistol and case label is AGRH550.
