It features a TRUE Precision aftermarket barrel ("TRUE" marked on the barrel hood) with a TRUE Precision compensator/muzzle device, along with a TRUE Precision aftermarket slide that includes lightening/window cuts. Additional installed upgrades include a skeletonized two-tone trigger, an extended magazine release, an extended slide stop, and a Hogue rubber grip sleeve with finger grooves.

The Hellcat Pro OSP format combines a compact footprint with a stated 4.4in barrel length and a 17+1 capacity. This example includes four detachable box magazines, with a mix of extended and standard-length magazines shown.
The installed TRUE Precision barrel and compensator are clearly identified by the "TRUE" marking on the barrel hood, and the compensator/muzzle device is already in place. The slide is also upgraded to a TRUE Precision unit with lightening/window cuts, giving this pistol a distinctly modified configuration compared to a standard factory setup.
Control and interface upgrades include an aftermarket skeletonized trigger with a two-tone, multi-piece appearance, plus an extended magazine release and extended slide stop in a contrasting light/silver color. The frame is polymer, and a Hogue rubber grip sleeve with finger grooves is installed for a different feel in the hand.
This pistol is equipped with iron sights, including a high-visibility green dot front sight. The rear-top slide cover plate is present and retained by two screws.
