This FN 509 MRD-LE NMS is a full-size, striker-fired 9mm built around a black polymer frame and a black slide with front and rear cocking serrations. It features a flat-faced trigger and 3-dot tritium sights, along with an optic-ready slide that uses a removable plate area secured by two screws. This example includes a strong magazine package, featuring four 17-round magazines and one 24-round magazine.

Chambered in 9mm Luger, this FN 509 MRD-LE NMS pairs a 4" barrel with a listed 24+1 capacity. The barrel hood is marked "9x19", and the barrel uses a 1:10 RH twist.
The slide is finished in black and marked with the FN oval logo and "509". It includes front and rear cocking serrations for consistent manipulation. The slide stop levers appear present on both sides.
For sighting, it is equipped with 3-dot tritium sights. The rear sight is marked "USA H3GN" as photographed, and the front sight features a dot.
This package also includes an optics mounting plate kit with mounting screws/hardware and two additional backstrap inserts for fit adjustments. The included magazines are a mix of standard-length and one extended-length magazine, with a grip-length sleeve/spacer shown.
