Controls include a slide-mounted safety/decocker lever with a red dot indicator, with a left-side-only slide-mounted lever observed on this pistol. The slide has rear serrations for manipulation, and the dust cover is smooth with no accessory rail.
It comes fitted with black synthetic grips featuring molded checkering/texture and molded Smith & Wesson branding with an S&W logo medallion. Sights are fixed iron sights with a front blade and rear notch, keeping the layout simple and consistent with the pistol's service-style configuration.
