It is made in Italy and dated to 1996, with receiver and bolt markings consistent with the Benelli Armi System. The gun is set up with a 26" barrel and a 3 1/2" chamber, and it is configured with black synthetic furniture and a ventilated rib with a front bead sight.

Chambered for 12 gauge with a 3 1/2" chamber, this SBE I barrel is marked for 2 3/4", 3", or 3 1/2" shells. It uses Benelli’s inertia-driven semi-automatic action and feeds from a tubular magazine with a listed capacity of 3+1.
This example is H&K importer marked "HECKLER & KOCH, INC.–STERLING, VA.–MADE IN ITALY" and is marked on the receiver "12GA–SUPER BLACK EAGLE–BENELLI ARMI." The bolt is marked "BENELLI ARMI SYSTEM," and the shotgun is identified as a 1990s-era gun with a noted 1996 manufacture date.
The furniture is black synthetic with molded checkering panels on the stock, paired with a matching synthetic fore-end. The buttpad is embossed "Benelli," and the length of pull is listed at 14.0.
Sighting is via a ventilated rib with a red/orange front bead. Controls include a cross-bolt safety with a red indicator, and the receiver and metal components are described as having a dark finish.
