The LE901 16S is set up with a monolithic upper receiver and a continuous top Picatinny rail with T-index marks visible (T2-T18). The quad-rail fore-end provides additional rail space, and this rifle includes ribbed rail covers/panels installed.
This rifle is chambered in .308 Win and uses a direct impingement, rotating bolt action. It is equipped with folding iron sights, including a folding front sight at the gas block (front sight tower style) and a folding rear sight mounted on the top rail.
The barrel is marked "308 WIN 1/12" and this rifle is listed with a 16.1 in barrel and a 1:12 twist rate. The barrel is threaded 5/8x24, and a SureFire MB762-211C muzzle brake is installed and marked "(58-24)." The original flash hider is included loose and not installed.
