This Bushmaster XM15-E2S is a custom-configured AR pistol built on an Ilion, NY-marked lower from the 2011–2014 era. It is chambered in 5.56mm NATO and set up with an 11.5" barrel configuration, a free-float ventilated/slotted handguard with a continuous top rail, and folding iron sights. The lower receiver markings include the Bushmaster snake logo, "BUSHMASTER" in an oval, "MOD. XM15-E2S," and "B.F.I. ILION, N.Y.

Configured as an AR pistol, this XM15-E2S features a receiver extension/buffer tube with no buttstock visible. The setup includes a flat-top upper receiver with a full-length Picatinny top rail, along with a forward assist and ejection port cover.
The free-float ventilated/slotted handguard provides extended rail space and a continuous top rail, and the rifle is equipped with rail-mounted folding iron sights in tan (front and rear). An angled foregrip is mounted under the handguard.
At the muzzle, this build uses a cylindrical linear-compensator/flash-can–style muzzle device. The pistol grip is a tan Magpul MOE grip, and the fire control markings show a 2-position selector: SAFE/FIRE.
The lower is marked for ".223–5.56MM" and uses a detachable box magazine feed system with an AR-15/STANAG-pattern magwell form factor. Included magazines support the stated 30+1 capacity.
