The slide is finished in blue and uses a flat-top, ribbed anti-glare style slide top with a lowered ejection port. The left slide rollmark reads "COLT'S MK IV/SERIES '70 / GOLD CUP NATIONAL MATCH / .45 AUTOMATIC CALIBER" with the Colt rampant pony, matching the National Match markings on the opposite side.
