Accokeek, MD and Made in Italy on the receiver, along with Italian proof marks including a boxed "21" and an "IT21" marking on the receiver and barrel. The receiver is also marked "12GA. - M1014 - BENELLI - ITALY," while the barrel is marked "BENELLI ARMI S.P.A.
- URBINO - MADE IN ITALY" with chamber marking "12 GA. 3" - 76mm - FOR 2 3/4" OR 3" SHELLS."
This shotgun is set up with a top-mounted Picatinny rail and also includes an installed Mesa Tactical SureShell carrier and rail on the receiver. The bolt and bolt-body are marked "BENELLI ARMI SYSTEM," matching the Italian-made build and component markings.
At the muzzle end, the component appears consistent with a choke interface/cap, and the choke is stated as Modified. With an 18.5" barrel and 4+1 capacity, this configuration keeps the details clear and practical while maintaining the distinctive M1014 profile.
