Built on the M1 platform, this Inland M1 Carbine uses a gas-operated, short-stroke piston action and is chambered in .30 Carbine. It is fitted with an 18-inch steel barrel and a steel receiver, keeping the core materials true to the classic configuration.
The rifle wears a traditional wood stock with a left-side sling cut and an oiler recess, paired with a matching wood handguard. The handguard shows four rivet heads, and the rifle is fitted with a checkered metal buttplate retained by a central screw.
Sighting equipment is iron, with a wing-protected front post and an adjustable aperture rear sight that uses a windage knob and an elevation slide/ramp. Up front, the metal barrel band includes a sling swivel and an integral bayonet lug (Type 3-style), matching the included period bayonet setup.
Receiver markings visible include "U.S. CARBINE" / "CAL. .30 M1" and "INLAND DIV.". The sale includes three detachable steel magazines: one extended-length 30-round magazine and two standard-length 15-round magazines.
