This HK USP45 Tactical Variant 1 is a German-made, full-size .45 ACP pistol built around the USP Tactical series features, including an extended threaded barrel with an O-ring and a polygonal bore. It is configured with a DA/SA, short-recoil operated, hammer-fired action and includes a match-grade trigger with an adjustable trigger stop. High-profile adjustable target iron sights and the USP-pattern accessory mounting grooves/rail profile round out the Tactical setup.

Chambered in .45 ACP and built in Germany, this USP45 Tactical is marked "HK Sidearms GmbH" and "Made in Germany" on the frame. The pistol also shows German proof mark(s), a BA date code, and a DE marking.
The 5.09" barrel is extended and threaded (M16×1 LH) and uses an O-ring at the muzzle. It also features a polygonal bore. These are core USP Tactical series barrel characteristics and are paired with a full-size USP frame.
This Variant 1 configuration uses a left-side manual safety (S/F lever) that also functions as a safety/decocking lever. The pistol is hammer-fired with an external hammer and uses an ambidextrous paddle magazine release.
Sight equipment consists of high-profile adjustable target iron sights with a tall front sight and an adjustable target-style rear sight. The listed sight radius is 6.73", matching the full-size Tactical layout.
Finish and build details include a nitro-carburized steel slide with a Hostile Environment blued finish and "USP TACTICAL / .45 Auto" slide markings. The frame is polymer (fiber-reinforced) with a textured grip featuring a molded "USP" marking, and it uses the USP-pattern accessory mounting grooves/rail profile (non-Picatinny).
