Configured as a direct-impingement AR-15, this GOA-15 uses a 16in barrel and a flat-top Picatinny upper with a continuous top rail across the free-float handguard. The rifle is set up with folding/flip-up iron sights installed on the front and rear, giving it a straightforward sighting system on a full-length rail.
The lower receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with a MIL-A-8625 Type III, Class 2 finish and is marked "GOA-15" over "MULTI." It is also marked "PALMETTO STATE ARMORY / WEST COLUMBIA, S.C." and includes the factory-engraved circular "GUN OWNERS OF AMERICA" emblem with a colonial-era figure on the lower receiver.
This build includes a polymer adjustable Magpul carbine stock with a 10.0 length of pull, along with a Mission First Tactical (MFT) EPG16V2 pistol grip. At the muzzle, it is fitted with a birdcage-style flash hider.
Capacity is listed as 30+1, and the included magazines are Magpul PMAG Gen M3 units. The lower also features novelty-style selector markings, including "HUSH (SAFE)" and "SBR (FIRE)."
