The receiver is marked "SURGEON RIFLES" and "XactSystem" with the caliber marking ".300 WIN MAG" on the receiver.

Built around a Surgeon Rifles XactSystem action, this rifle is configured as a chassis-based long-range platform in .300 Win Mag with a 24" barrel and a 5+1 capacity. The receiver markings and caliber designation are clearly present, and the rifle uses a detachable box magazine system with two 5-round magazines included.
The chassis is Accuracy International–marked, identified by the AI logo on the buttpad, and it is set up with a pistol grip and a long, ventilated/slotted forend. Short accessory rail sections are visible on the forend, giving additional mounting positions while keeping the handguard extended for support and accessory placement.
This rifle includes an installed TrackingPoint optic. The optic shows control markings including "WIND," "MODE," "ZOOM," and "FOCUS," which are visible on the unit. Rails are present on the rifle for mounting support.
