This Palmetto State Armory PA-15 is a 5.56mm NATO AR-15 platform semi-auto rifle with a 16" barrel marked "5.56 NATO 1/7" and a direct impingement, rotating bolt action. It features a flat-top upper with an integral Picatinny top rail, a fixed A2-style front sight base, and an A2-style birdcage flash hider. The lower is marked "PA-15" and "MULTI," with Palmetto State Armory markings visible on the right side.

The upper is equipped with a forward assist and ejection port cover, and the flat-top receiver provides an integral Picatinny top rail for mounting compatible optics or accessories. A fixed A-frame (A2-style) front sight base is installed, and no rear sight is visible.
Furniture includes a polymer M4-style adjustable telescoping carbine stock with a stated length of pull of 10" to 13", along with an A2-style pistol grip. Up front, it uses a two-piece carbine-style polymer handguard.
This rifle is set up with an A2-style birdcage flash hider and a 16" barrel, keeping the configuration straightforward and familiar. The "MULTI" marking on the lower indicates a multi-caliber marked receiver, while this example is chambered in 5.56mm NATO.
