The SAINT receiver is marked with the Springfield Armory crossed-cannons crest and "SPRINGFIELD ARMORY GENESEO, IL," along with a large "SPRINGFIELD ARMORY SAINT" rollmark. The lower receiver is marked "MULTI-CALIBER," and the upper is a flat-top configuration with a Picatinny rail for mounting compatible accessories.
This example is equipped with a two-piece M-LOK–style slotted handguard made from polymer/composite and includes rail capability where needed. The rifle also has a forward assist and an ejection port cover, matching the classic AR-15 layout.
Sighting is set up with iron sights, including a fixed A2-style front sight base and a low-profile folding/flip-up rear sight (maker unconfirmed). The muzzle wears an A2-style birdcage-profile muzzle device.
