This is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle in a Ruger 10/22-style layout, using a blowback action and detachable box magazines. It is built with a Volquartsen-marked receiver and a Butler Creek Corp–marked barrel stamped ".22 LONG RIFLE ONLY" along with manufacturer markings and a safety warning.
The 16" heavy/bull-profile barrel is threaded and fitted with a knurled thread protector. This configuration is geared toward a stable, front-heavy setup and keeps the muzzle ready for compatible threaded use while protecting the threads when not in use.
For furniture, it wears a Hogue-marked overmold-style stock with a buttpad marked "HOGUE" and a listed length of pull of 13.75. The rifle also includes an extended bolt handle with a knurled/stepped knob for a more substantial charging surface.
On top, the receiver has a Picatinny rail installed for optics mounting, and there is no iron sight set visible. A short Picatinny-style accessory rail section is mounted under the fore-end to support additional rail-mounted accessories if desired.
