Built on the M1 platform, this rifle uses a gas-operated action with a short-stroke piston and rotating bolt. It is configured with iron sights, including a wing-protected post/blade front sight and an aperture (peep) rear sight with an adjustment knob on the right side.
The stock is wood with a GI-pattern profile and includes a right-side oiler recess cutout. The buttplate is checkered steel and has a hinged sling swivel at the toe.
Up front, it is fitted with a barrel band that includes a sling swivel. No bayonet lug is visible in the provided photos. The barrel length is noted as 17.75 inches, and capacity is listed as 15+1.
