This Big Boy X Model is chambered in .44 Magnum and also accepts .44 Special, providing flexibility for range work and hunting. It holds 7+1 rounds and uses a 17.4" steel barrel with a 1:20 twist for stability with a wide range of .44-caliber loads.
The barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and includes a thread protector. Both the barrel and the steel receiver wear a matte blued finish for a low-glare profile suited to field use.
Target acquisition is fast thanks to a green fiber-optic ramp front sight paired with a fully adjustable orange fiber-optic rear. A receiver-top Picatinny rail is installed, and the black synthetic fore-end adds a bottom Picatinny accessory rail for mounting compatible gear.
Practical handling features include a large-loop lever and a dual loading system with a right-side loading gate plus a removable inner magazine tube. A transfer-bar safety and exposed hammer round out the action, while the black synthetic stock with recoil pad provides a 14.5" length of pull.
Overall length is 36.3", with an approximate weight of 7.3 lb. This rifle is made in the USA and is marked H012X on the underside of the receiver.
