The action uses Ruger’s controlled-round feed and a three-position safety on the bolt shroud. Feeding is through an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate, offering a 3+1 capacity. Integral scope-ring bases are machined into the receiver for straightforward mounting of Ruger rings.
