Built on the 1911 platform, this Ultra CDP uses a single-action-only trigger system with an exposed hammer. Safety equipment includes an ambidextrous thumb safety and a beavertail grip safety, matching the carry-oriented CDP configuration.
The slide has rear cocking serrations only, with no front serrations visible. Sighting is fixed front and fixed rear, and the rear sight includes two dot inserts for a simple, consistent sight picture.
The frame is aluminum and finished in a darker color, contrasted by a light-colored slide for a clear two-tone appearance. The front strap features checkering/texturing, and the pistol is fitted with checkered double-diamond wood grip panels for additional traction.
Included with the pistol are three 7-round magazines and a Kimber factory hard case. The serial on the firearm matches the case barcode/serial tag.
