It includes a Ruger BX-25 magazine, a receiver-top Picatinny rail, and a bright/silver sporter barrel. The chassis is marked with TAPCO's CAGE code 3E2T7, and the polished bolt is marked "RUGER."

The TAPCO USA Intrafuse chassis provides a durable polymer fore-end with Picatinny rail sections at 12 and 6 o'clock, paired with a ribbed polymer pistol grip. The UTG PRO 6-position M4-style stock offers an adjustable length of pull of approximately 12–15 inches and includes a QD sling socket, with a front sling swivel stud on the fore-end for flexible sling setup.
The rifle features an 18.5 in steel sporter-profile barrel with a bright/silver finish and a plain crown. Sighting is via a ramped blade front sight with brass bead; there is no rear sight installed. The receiver is aluminum alloy with a black finish, and the polished bolt is marked "RUGER."
Controls and internals remain true to the 10/22 platform with a semi-automatic blowback action and a cross-bolt safety. A receiver-top Picatinny rail is installed for mounting, and the fore-end includes top and bottom rail sections. An aftermarket red trigger shoe is fitted to the trigger.
Capacity is 25+1 with the included Ruger BX-25 polymer magazine. This rifle was manufactured in 2016 in the USA, and the TAPCO USA chassis is marked with CAGE code 3E2T7. The overall finish presents a black/silver two-tone appearance.
