This Palmetto State Armory PA-65 pairs a 24 inch heavy-profile 416R stainless barrel with a direct-impingement AR-10 platform and a free-float M-LOK handguard. It features longitudinal barrel fluting near the muzzle, a full-length T-marked top Picatinny rail, forged aluminum receivers, and an ambidextrous charging handle with extended latches. It comes with a Magpul 10-round SR-25/DPMS-pattern magazine and an installed adjustable bipod.

The 24 inch 416R stainless barrel is a heavy profile with a 1:8 twist for 6.5 Creedmoor and includes longitudinal fluting near the muzzle. The muzzle is threaded and a device is installed (type not specified).
The rifle uses the AR-10 pattern with a semi-automatic, direct-impingement operating system. Forged aluminum receivers include a forward assist and an ejection-port cover. It accepts SR-25/DPMS-pattern magazines and has a stated capacity of 10+1.
