It features aluminum upper and lower receivers, a flat-top Picatinny upper, and an M4-contour 16-inch barrel with an A2 birdcage flash hider and metric M8 x 0.75 mm threads. A carbine-length quad-rail handguard is installed with UTG rail cover panels, and it comes with three 30-round magazines.

Manufactured by Carl Walther in Germany under Colt license, this rimfire M4 carries clear origin and compliance markings: "MADE BY CARL WALTHER GERMANY," the German proof "DE," and the "AK" proof/date code corresponding to 2010. It was imported by Umarex USA, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
The rifle uses a blowback, semi-automatic action tailored for .22 LR and retains familiar AR-15 pattern controls. It has a flat-top Picatinny upper with forward assist housing, a brass deflector, and a functioning dust cover. Both upper and lower receivers are aluminum.
The 16-inch M4-contour barrel is threaded M8 x 0.75 mm and fitted with an A2 birdcage flash hider. Sighting is via an F-marked A2 front sight base with bayonet lug and front sling swivel, paired with a detachable A2-style rear aperture sight.
A carbine-length quad-rail handguard is installed and fitted with UTG rail cover panels. The collapsible polymer stock includes a rear sling loop, and the pistol grip is the A2 pattern. Capacity is 30+1 with the included magazines. Overall length is approximately 31.1–34.4 inches, and weight is about 5.9–6.0 pounds.
