Built on the proven Savage 110-series long action, this Model 111 uses an internal blind box magazine with a 4+1 capacity and a long oval ejection port. The bolt body is bright in-the-white, and the action retains the recognizable Savage barrel-nut system.
The 24 inch carbon steel sporter-contour barrel is finished in matte bluing and is configured without iron sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and a scope mount is already fitted for easy optic installation if desired.
The black synthetic stock features a straight comb and molded checkering for grip, an integral trigger guard, sling swivel studs, and a recoil pad. Length of pull is 13.5 inches. A tang-mounted sliding safety provides familiar, accessible control.
Factory markings include 'SAVAGE MODEL 111 CAL. 7MM REM. MAG. / SAVAGE ARMS INC., WESTFIELD, MASS. U.S.A.' on the barrel.
Barrel shank stampings 'SP7' and 'A402' are present. This rifle was manufactured in the 2003–2009 era in the United States.
