It is outfitted with a Vortex Venom red dot mounted on a rear-dovetail adapter plate and an add-on magazine well funnel. Marked "STI INTERNATIONAL GEORGETOWN, TX USA" and "Trojan," it represents the pre-Staccato era of STI production and includes one 7-round magazine.

Sight configuration includes a dovetailed red fiber-optic front, with the rear sight removed to accommodate the included Vortex Venom red dot. The optic is installed on a rear-dovetail adapter plate and uses a red reticle, providing a clear, fast sighting option.
Controls and ergonomics include a long, lightened trigger, a skeletonized commander-style rowel hammer, a left-side manual thumb safety, and an extended beavertail grip safety with memory bump.
