It is chambered for both 2 3/4 and 3-inch shells and uses a break-action design with a single trigger. Markings on the barrels and receiver include the Browning Arms Company address and "Made in Japan," and matching partial assembly/serial digits "07338" are present on the barrel monoblock and forend iron.
