The 24 inch heavy-contour barrel is free-floated and cold hammer forged, capped with a target crown and an unthreaded muzzle. It is chambered and clearly marked for .22-250 Remington, with Finnish proof present and "Made in Finland" markings.
The receiver incorporates integral 17 mm Tikka dovetail scope grooves for mounting, and no bases are installed. The action is the right-hand M595 short action with a round bolt knob and a two-position safety.
The factory adjustable trigger provides a 2–4 lb range, offering a clean, tunable pull suited to precision shooting. Feeding is from a detachable 5-round magazine for a total capacity of 5+1.
The oil-finished walnut stock is configured for control and stability, featuring an adjustable cheekpiece, vertical pistol grip, beavertail fore-end, textured grip panels, a UIT/Anschutz-style fore-end accessory rail, front and rear sling studs, and a rubber buttpad. Length of pull measures 13.5 inches.
