The P50 uses a hinged, top-break loading system that allows direct access to its top-mounted, horizontal magazine. This design accepts P90/PS90-pattern 50-round magazines, delivering a 50+1 capacity in a compact package. One 50-round magazine is included.
Its fixed 9.6 in barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and includes a thread protector. The pistol operates via a straight blowback action and features a 5.0 lb trigger, a two-position safety, and a rear T-shaped charging handle for confident manipulation.
A full-length top Picatinny rail and a short lower rail offer mounting space, while the ventilated handguard/shroud with lightening holes enhances handling. The pistol ships without sights. The textured polymer grip, polymer frame, and metal receiver all wear a black finish.
Measuring 15 in overall and weighing 3.2 lb, the P50 balances size and capacity well. Manufactured in the USA, it was introduced in 2021 and earned the 2022 American Rifleman Golden Bullseye Tactical Gun of the Year. MSRP is $795.
