The 30 inch barrel is steel with a vent rib and fixed choke, paired with a single front bead for a straightforward sight picture. The barrel is rollmarked "12 GA. MAGNUM FOR 3 INCH SHELLS" and "REMINGTON ARMS CO., INC., ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A."
The high-polish blued steel receiver is rollmarked "Remington MAGNUM Wingmaster Model 870." Right-side ejection and a bottom loading port support traditional 870 handling, and the action runs on dual action bars, a hallmark of the platform.
The gloss walnut stock has a pistol grip, fleur-de-lis cut checkering, a ventilated recoil pad with a white-line spacer, and sling swivel studs. The fore-end is walnut with matching cut checkering. Length of pull is 14.0 inches.
Proofed with the oval "REP" mark and inspector's symbols near the barrel extension, this U.S.-made Wingmaster Magnum is configured with a 3 inch chamber and a 2+1 capacity.
