This BK-92 is built around an inline percussion action with a removable bolt/striker assembly and percussion nipple ignition. Capacity is a single shot, as expected for a muzzleloader. The design reflects Knight’s early inline approach from the 1990s and is chambered in .54 caliber for traditional big-bore performance.
The 24 in steel barrel uses an octagon-to-round breech section and a crowned muzzle, and the steel receiver and barrel wear a blued finish. Rollmarks include "MML INC BLACK KNIGHT" with the knight-head logo and patent number 4,700,499. Both the receiver and barrel are drilled and tapped for sights/mounts, offering setup flexibility.
The black synthetic Monte Carlo stock provides a stable, weather-resistant platform with a textured finish for grip. It includes a Knight-branded recoil pad and sling swivel studs, and has a 14.25 in length of pull. A full-length ramrod rides under the barrel with two thimbles and a nose cap/guide.
Sighting equipment consists of a ramped front sight with removable hood and a Williams adjustable rear sight. An additional receiver-top base with a micro elevation scale is present. This combination gives clear, repeatable sight references suitable for inline muzzleloading.
Safety elements are robust, with a double safety system that includes a secondary safety knob and a cocking piece with a red index ring. The Made in USA designation and Knight markings tie the rifle to its 1990s manufacturing era and brand lineage.
