The 24-inch stainless barrel is unfluted with a sporter contour, recessed crown, and aftermarket muzzle porting at the tip that appears to have been added by a previous owner. The barrel is matched to an internal box magazine for a 3+1 capacity in .300 Win. Mag.
The receiver is drilled and tapped, and this rifle comes with two-piece scope bases and vertically split rings already installed, including a windage-adjustable rear base. There are no iron sights present.
The right-hand bolt features a checkered knob and a two-position safety. Markings include Remington's triangle proof and the barrel date code "MG." This U.S.-made rifle was manufactured in 2012 and presents a clean, shiny bore with well-defined rifling.
