The MAC 9 DS-D Comp is a recent-release, full-size, double-stack 1911 in 9mm built by Tisas for Military Armament Corporation. It combines a bushingless bull barrel with an integrated single-port compensator, forged steel slide and frame with a QPQ Tenifer finish, and the Agency Arms AOS optics-ready interface. This example is in excellent condition with an outstanding bore and comes with two 17-round magazines.

The Comp submodel pairs a bushingless bull barrel with an integrated single-port compensator and a ported system to manage muzzle rise. The slide features forward cocking serrations, lightening cuts, and top ports, all finished in durable QPQ Tenifer over forged steel.
The pistol uses the Agency Arms AOS optics-ready interface with a cover plate and an optic cut, giving flexibility for mounting with the included AOS plates. Fixed iron sights are installed: a plain black serrated front blade in a dovetail and a serrated rear notch.
The forged steel frame wears the same QPQ Tenifer finish and a full-length dustcover with an accessory rail (one slot). A polymer grip module with molded texturing and MAC medallion pairs with a flared aluminum magwell for confident magazine changes.
Controls follow the 1911 pattern with a single-action trigger, grip safety, and thumb safety. A skeletonized trigger and skeletonized hammer complete the configuration while maintaining the full-size, double-stack 17+1 layout.
Dimensions are straightforward and carry-ready: overall length 8.5 in, height 5.8 in, width 1.5 in, and an unloaded weight of approximately 2.35 lb. Markings include "MILITARY ARMAMENT CORP KNOXVILLE, TN, TISAS MADE IN TURKEY," reflecting manufacture by Tisas in Turkey and import by MAC.
