This Bulgarian-made Arsenal Makarov PM is a compact, steel-frame, DA/SA pistol chambered in 9x18mm Makarov. It features matching serial numbers on the slide and frame, commercial Arsenal export markings, and importer stamps from D.I.G. VA., BCH. VA. The pistol retains a classic blued finish and comes with three 8-round magazines, plus a PM-G grip kit and loader.

The slide and frame have matching serial numbers.
The pistol uses a straight-blowback action with a fixed barrel and a double-action/single-action trigger. Controls include a heel magazine release and a slide-mounted safety that functions as a decocker. The hammer is a traditional spur type.
Sighting is straightforward with a fixed front blade and a drift-adjustable rear notch. The slide features a serrated anti-glare rib. The frame and slide are blued steel.
