The Custom Carry is a full-size, Government-length 1911 built on a stainless steel frame and slide with a matte finish and brushed flats. The slide top has full-length anti-glare serrations, rear cocking serrations only, and dehorned edges for smooth handling. The ejection port is lowered and flared.
Accuracy is anchored by a 5-inch Baer match barrel marked "BAER 45 MATCH" and a factory accuracy guarantee of 3 inches at 50 yards. It is chambered in .45 ACP with a nominal capacity of 7+1.
Controls are set up for practical use, including an extended thumb safety, grip safety, and a checkered magazine release. The trigger is a long, solid, smooth-face speed trigger with a listed 4.0 trigger weight. The hammer is a skeletonized Commander-style design.
