This High Standard Sentinel Deluxe R-107 is a nine-shot .22 LR double-action/single-action revolver with a 6-inch carbon steel barrel and a lightweight aluminum alloy frame. Built in the 1965–1973 era and marked with the Hamden, Conn. barrel legend, it features recessed chambers, fixed sights, and a serrated, anti-glare topstrap and plain round barrel (no rib). The frame is marked R-107 and the barrel is rollmarked Sentinel Deluxe.

The Sentinel Deluxe R-107 pairs a 6-inch carbon steel barrel with an aluminum alloy frame, delivering a nine-shot .22 LR package with DA/SA operation and an exposed spur hammer. The topstrap has longitudinal anti-glare serrations for a clear sight picture with the fixed blade front and square-notch rear sights.
The cylinder is carbon steel with long teardrop flutes and recessed chambers. It is a swing-out design, and the ejector rod features a knurled knob. No side-mounted thumb latch is visible on the frame.
Factory rollmarks are present, including the barrel legend reading High Standard Mfg. Corp., Hamden, Conn. U.S.A. The frame is marked R-107 and the barrel is rollmarked Sentinel Deluxe, aligning this example with the 1965–1973 production era.
The square-butt grip frame wears two-piece checkered wood grips with High Standard logo medallions, offering a solid hold while maintaining the model’s classic profile and branding.
