Built in the United States, the Type 15M follows the AR-15 platform and Military series format, using a semi-automatic, direct-impingement system. The forged 7075-T651 aluminum receiver set wears a uniform black Type III hard-anodized finish. This rifle incorporates a BCM receiver component, while the lower is marked WATCHTOWER SPRING, TX and TYPE 15M MULTI with SAFE/FIRE selector legends.
The flat-top upper carries T-markings from T2 to T12 and is the slick-side style with a brass deflector and ejection-port cover. Internals include a nitride-finished Durabolt BCG. The rifle uses a manual safety and standard STANAG/AR-15 magazine interface for broad magazine compatibility.
The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard adds top rail segments at the front and rear, a central relief channel, and anti-rotation bolts for secure mounting. The 16-inch barrel is threaded and capped with an A2-pattern flash hider. No factory iron sights are fitted.
Ergonomics include an adjustable stock with an approximate length of pull of 11 to 14.5 inches and a B5 Systems pistol grip. The rifle ships with a Thermold 30-round magazine and arrives with a short M-LOK vertical foregrip and a QD sling socket installed, matching the rifle's clean, practical configuration.
