The 3032 Tomcat uses a forged, tip-up steel barrel operated by a right-side lever. The design does not use an extractor; manual unloading is performed via the tip-up system. Its simple blowback operation complements the DA/SA, hammer-fired mechanism with an exposed spur and a manual safety.
This micro-size pistol carries a 2.4 in barrel and a 7+1 capacity in .32 ACP. Controls are streamlined, including a heel-type magazine release at the lower left grip and rear slide serrations only. The open-top slide is a hallmark Beretta design element.
Fixed sights keep the sight picture straightforward, with a fixed front blade and a square-notch rear that is drift-adjustable for windage. The grip panels are black checkered synthetic with Beretta medallions.
The frame is aluminum alloy with a black finish, paired to a black slide. It is U.S.-made in Accokeek, Maryland, with model and 'Made in USA' slide markings, presented in the standard black configuration.
