Chambered in 8mm Remington Magnum, this Model 700 BDL pairs a 24-inch blued steel barrel with a crisp, mirror-bright bore and sharp rifling. The internal box magazine holds three rounds, balancing capacity with the cartridge’s magnum dimensions.
The BDL walnut stock shows the model’s signature details: a Monte Carlo comb with a raised cheekpiece, black fore-end tip and grip cap, white-line spacers, and cut checkering. A Remington-logo checkered rubber recoil pad and sling swivel studs are installed, and the rifle includes an attached leather sling.
The jeweled bolt cycles smoothly, and the hinged floorplate provides quick unloading. The floorplate release is located inside the trigger guard, a hallmark BDL feature. Steel receiver and barrel wear a matching blued finish.
Sighting equipment includes an adjustable rear ramp sight. The ramped front sight base with hood slot is present, though the hood and blade are not installed. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases and currently fitted with filler screws, offering flexibility for sighting setup.
