The Kuna uses a semi-automatic, roller-delayed blowback system, delivering 9mm Luger performance in a compact AR-pattern pistol format. Its glass-filled polymer frame is matched to an aluminum receiver finished in Type III hardcoat anodized black.
The fixed 6.125 in cold hammer-forged barrel features a Melonite treatment, 1:10 twist, and 1/2x28 threads. A factory multi-port muzzle brake is installed. The design centers the barrel firmly in the monolithic upper for consistent alignment.
Controls are comprehensive and ambidextrous, including the manual safety, magazine release, and bolt release. The charging handle is reversible, non-reciprocating, and auto-folding. The pistol wears an AR-pattern grip with Adaptive Grip Texture.
A full-length Picatinny top rail with T-markings (2-20) runs the receiver, complemented by a Picatinny 1913 rear end plate. The integral aluminum handguard provides M-LOK accessory slots. Hybrid flip-up metal front and rear sights are included.
